It is a common problem for us too. Even when it's not busy.
Its happened to me and my wife too. Our food actually came out before we even received our drinks. I can't even count how many times she came out to the floor and didn't bring our drinks.i could see if they were slammed but we were her 2nd table.not to mention it took 45 minutes for pancakes and the people who got there after us got their drinks and food waaaaay before us......sadness
I HAD BAD SERVICE WHEN I WAS THERE.. TOOK FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING.
