Pilot, Flying J, for most locations have "reserved parking" which is anywhere between 12 & 16 dollars, you can call ahead & reserve a spot, or if there's any left when you get there, they'll let you pay for one

Yes they do. But not All paid parking

Some slots are reserved and you pay for that privilege.
