I am trying to determine if Kroger sells any freshly prepare meals that just need to be placed in the oven before being eaten. This is for my elderly mother.

They have fried chicken and things that goes with it in the section after produce

Also look in the deli dept near the specialty cheese. There is part of a whole wall of heat and eat meals and soups too that are easy and delicious. The meat dept sells heat and eat mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and chopped bbq you heat and add to bread. Also good. My elderly mom loved the Marie Callender frozen meals you microwave. They taste wonderful mostly. And the Bertolli and Kroger meals in a bag, like chicken or shrimp with veggies and sauce couldnt be easier....you cook them on the stove in a covered skillet in 10 min!
