Why is it I got so called brand new rims (22") and back right tire keeps leaking air. They called themselves fixing the valve stem... BUT the tire STILL is low. Can't drive my car because it is still not fixed. Customer service is horrible

I'd suggest reaching out to Xavier directly I had an issue with one of mine as well and he handled it promptly and professionally 🙏 if you received poor customer service that was definitely an anomaly because these guys are A-1 nine times outta ten. But yeah go see Xavier he will take great care of you
