Maybe the cheapest ones are $6-7 before taxes. I know Camel 99 filters are $16.16 on a 2 pack deal. Marlboros and Newports are a little short of $10 per pack. Mohsen gas station on Mission is a couple of dollars cheaper, gas is less there also.
