Why do u have to wait so long for your food do they have to go to the store to get it? 30 mins I had to wait in line at the drive Thur very rude people! That work there the manger is rude there staff act like they hate there jobs!!

And after that long wait make sure you check your order. (I too have sat in the drive thru for lengthy periods) I was there 2 days ago and got food for dinner and another order to take to work for my lunch. I opened what was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy the next day & it was just a bowl of gravy.. And I hate to say this but they'r rude as heck at the window. Act bothered! I go to the one on Lex Ave.

I am not sure about that KFC I know the one over here in Shelby is just as bad on the wait time & some of the staff are rude. Guess it's all KFC's.

You would have to call the store directly to ask questions about service, or lack thereof. I do know that it takes a bit longer if your getting a bucket due to the fact they count them out, and make sure you have a variety of meat. I also know they don't pre package the sides. If you were there yesterday, the weather probably brought the people out for picnics as well (and call offs). Or they could have just been having a bad day.
