I asked them about it. If I'm told I'm getting something, you are damn sure I'm going to remember that and add a note to my card myself. I would never count on someone to tell me about that stuff. My discount, My responsibility
I would try to talk to someone in management.
They have been having pretty big sales lately that I've been told they don't even need my card because I've already reached the maximum allotment for a percentage of because I because I order online then I order lake whatever deal they have and So forth and they only allow up to 30% off total so yeah I still have my original card with this account and I don't I can still use one more punch and it's been 8 or 9 months now so yes it's a great card but they are also running good sales where they'll tell you it's not worth using the card werd or that you've reached the maximum alignment of how much you can discount
The best part is that they now have tip jars on the counter...like most who need their medicine are on a fixed income, so let us feel guilty for not tipping...there are no tip jars at cvs, Walgreens, etc. When I get my medicine there...so it makes sense..no discounts as promised as you mentioned not receiving yet, and let's ask for extra money in the form of tips...deplorable! Ok, enough about that. I would strongly suggest to speak to on site manager. When I have had similar issues, the on-site manager addressed and corrected my concerns immediately. If no success at that level, your next option would be to speak to a regional manager. Best of luck
Yeah that one of the problem with them u have to ask for it. My suggestion is to ask a bud tender to check on it they should still honor it
