They are not open for recreational as the legislation and laws actually need to be decided on and passed. They also cannot sell recreationally unless they can prove they have enough product for their medical patients as well. They do not currently have enough to supply their medical patients so I can't imagine they will be selling recreationally for a long time anyway.
