As a former Mc Donald's employee, I would first like to say that you are out of line. Many factors come into play in the "fast food" industry. First of all, there is the matter of staff to customer ratio. If there were call offs, then that could factor into the speed and efficiency of the restaraunt. Also you must factor in special requests and large orders. They will slow down the process immensly, especially large orders of certain Mc Cafe drinks. Finally, Mc Donalds Corporation policy only alows for a certain amount of product to be prepared at a time to reduce waste. So, when business picks up, the employees must rush to compensate for this. So, when you think they are being slow, I can assure you the crew members are working as hard and as fast as they can to serve you with Mc Donalds quality food. What does this all mean? The store in question is not so slow, you are just being impatient
Busy short on Employee's Lack of Management .. But it's Not as Slow as you think it is ..
Also for the Salem store the bun toaster is down. They have to do the buns on the grill and that takes the space for cooking meat.I personally apologize for the inconvenience. We are hopeing the tech will be in Monday.I assure you we are trying our best under the circumstances
Not the place for this type of question.
