I visit this store often at many different hours. I live in NW Houston. I spend 4 or 5 days a week w a friend that lives down the street. The staff is friendly and I can't recall "excessive waiting in line". In fact I do my grocery shopping at this store instead of the stores closer to my house.
I go here often. There are pretty long lines sometimes but most people are not purchasing that many items. It always seems to go pretty quick to me.
This store has issues. Always have to wait excessively. I like the store but the staff is slow and lines are long.
As far as the wait time, it seems to happen at all the popular Grocery stores near Downtown. This is one of my favorite Randalls because the store has a small footprint design. I've noticed it has swells of customers, like the others in the area. Sorry to hear the employees weren't working up to your expectations. They are only human and I am pretty certain they're not doing it on purpose.
I LOVE this Randall's.I Left my ID there(thought I lost it) & a cashier went & got it for me😄.Thank u, to that Cashier & Randall's for hiring her.
It's called capitalism sweaty
Sorry to hear this. When I did patronize the store I ran into this constantly. So much, as I complained to a buddy who was with me responded "yeah, that's the way it is until the higher ups see it effecting their bottom line and theyll institute changes, but it has to get worse before anyone does anything to make it better". Soon there after, it did get better, but reverted back after subsequent visits. I just realized it was a cyclical thing and bristle when I HAVE to go there. Thankfully that no longer that often.
I haven't worked there, nor shopped, but that is unacceptable!!
