I own a Mercedes C300 4matic and today while on the road the navigation system got frozen. Only one radio station was on but could not set any other one. What are the guidelines to reset the whole Audio 20 system? Please advice. Thanks.

Another way to do it's just connection negative battery post leave it for 50 minutes can I get back again to see if it resets
