I spent $3000 for two 30 minute training sessions a week for two months. Most training sessions are an hour long so keep in mind that you’ll be getting half the time with a trainer than you would with a legitimate trainer. Hope this helps!
Most of our clients spend around $250 per month. On average we see clients 2x per week and provide full Nutrition, Cardio, and additional DIY workouts to do along with their Personal Training Sessions.
