I did not find that treatment makes those symptoms. But they do fall under overdose symptoms. The unresponsive, severe drowsiness. According to hippa laws anyone over 18 does not have to share their medical information an you need consent. I would suggest talking with him about going to the next appointment or if severe an intervention possibly an actual treatment facility for onsite care an stay.
