I know they have salad and that you can or any sandwich without a bun. I believe they also have gluten free buns at some locations.

Most items can be ordered gluten free. We have a designated gluten free fryer. Gluten free buns for burgers are available. Asking your waiter for an allergy menu allows them to help you make an educated decision on what you can order and what should be avoided.

I don't know. I eat anything wouldn't know what gluten and what wasn't.
I can't be certain what their gluten free menu entirely consists of, but I'm fairly certain that you can request for gluten free options with most any entree!
