Hi Maria, you can bring the shoes and other personal items. They do not allow drinks due to possible alcohol or other liquids that could be illegal or dangerous.

You can bring in empty water containers and fill them inside
Ice is ok. They make you dump out the water when you walk in. They have water fountains inside. No "weapons" they check bags.
Your extra shoes should be ok. I'm not sure about the water. I work inside one of the Expo bldgs. I would think a bottle or two for the kids would be acceptable.
