I still find it weird that I can't get a hot chocolate in Lisbon's Dunkin' because every time I ask they always tell me the machines broken, has it really been broken for three years or is it only me that has that problem with the workers there?

I cannot honesty say anything about this, for the reason, I do not frequent there since their opening! Had too many mix ups with the workers and management. Too many screw ups on orders there! I know they were are trained but the at that time they weren't trained properly. I'm sure hoping they are much better now. I go to Salem! Never had a problem there!

I have gotten hot chocolate there a few times so it could just be that you chose a time to go to the restaurant when the machine was down.
