They have many opportunities to volunteer including ushering at performances, operating the copy machine, a docent at the museum etc. Just call the box office they'll direct you to the volunteer coordinator.
I called and got the information you just have to call and apply on line.
Art Center? Don't know, maybe call there and they will have the information.
?I would check with city hall. Sure they can point you to correct place to volunteer.
