Yes, you can leave your car parked in the Valero Parking lot. I did this a couple weekends ago, and it was no problem. I called ahead to find out. I was renting for 3 nights, if you're going to be gone on a really, really long trip you may want to call them first.
I don't believe they let you leave your car there while you have the rv.
