It depends if you are medical or recreational. Medical you can, given you've changed your dispensary to D33 and don't have a log in with them yet. Rec, I believe you still must go to the site to pre-order. Their process is what keeps your pick up time low. You won't spend a lot of time in the dispensary, or waiting for your order.
