Wont go to express for inspection. Wouldnt inspect due to brake not holding at 2k rpm. Nobody else does this. Ridiculous Put the brake in put in drive if it holds its good.
I actually have more faith in a place that can't do tge repairs to do the inspection because they're not driven to find something wrong that isn't so they can "fix" it. These guys have never screwed me. Mavis, monro, Sears have tried to get me every time. Thankfully with my strong mechanical back ground I knew what was up. Nys inspection should be 21$

$21-$25. I had better luck going through monro. Express DQed me right off the bat for my truck e brake but was fine with monro. Paid $21 at monro and only took 15 mins
