Obviously it's a business and people work here.... The phone system was down for most of the day that day. And when I got a message that you were trying to reach us, I quickly replied and sent you another number to call and when you did call I quickly took care of you and got you what you needed. I apologize, but I cannot control Frontier.
Sounds like maybe there might be a problem with the phone system. There has been a lot of windy days recently.
