I would recommend contacting the company directly in this case. As resale policies can vary drastically. Local, state, & federal laws often differ on this issue as well. I could be wrong; I'm not a lawyer nor do I make any legal claims. However; from my experience with others that have worked with resale; contacting the company directly was what they either ended up doing or stated that "they wish they had done so from the start". Hopefully; that helps answer your question. That or clarify the issue a bit at least.
