Why is it always a hot mess in the store and tons of trash in the parking lot and by the front door. WHY??? If the mgr cannot get the employees to clean up and organize maybe a new mgr need to be put in place. THIS IS REALLY DISGUSTING

Im an assistant manager there ma'am, and two days ago we did do a recovery through out the whole store, but unfortunately there are people that will grab items and decide they don't want them and put them anywhere. We will do a better job at recovering the store as I understand your concerning frustrations.

I will call the mgr. & see why this is happening and let them know what is wrong and why . Yes mam this will be address.
