I believe you can as a guest of someone who has a membership or during open house days which are certain days of the year usally announced a few weeks ahead of time
My spouse and I were told we could get a day pass at the register when we were ready to check out so we went about our shopping our bill came up to 1100.00 and we were told we couldn't shop without a pass and we're escorted out by the "door security"
You can get a day pass cuz they want you to try shopping there with the hopes of you buying a membership
