Hello, if U go to 50 west Market street room 105, there's a women there that sits all the way to the left. She was extremely helpful. U might need the lease/rental agreement and/or landlord's information regarding removing her. REMEMBER: she has rights too. But ill give U advice, have some evidence and backing of the landlord. If it helps audio record everything she tells U DO, so U dont miss a step, or take notes. It costs money to file civil matters, but she found a waiver for me to fill out so i didnt have to pay the $55 filing fee. Tip:: go early - at 4:30 she closes the door and thats it. Good luck
