You can cancel in person and if you are not paying month to month you will have to buy out of your plan. If you have moved somewhere and still want to cancel your membership you can send them a certified letter explaining why you are wanting to cancel and they can cancel your membership that way. These are the only ways you can cancel a planet fitness membership.
