Wages are fair! But from my past experience the employee base needs to be evaluated on individual performance! Sometimes others get credit for your work. Accountability of management locally needs set in place, not from a far off site location. Overall the company is awesome clean environment and a awesome asset to our community! Our local government from the city to county needs to come to a quick agreement on Plummer Ave from 14th to 35th street improvement! To continue growth and safety! What about the overtime hours that are left unpaid from the last payroll , yes that's correct unpaid overtime and expected to continue working over 40 ....
