Was it in a sealed package. It should never 'sometimes' happen! GMP's state it should never ever happen. If the container was sealed you need to contact the manufacture. It may be a problem that they are unaware of. I personally know that A&E are very serious about their products. I recommend contacting them (whom ever the manufacturer). It's not a 'store' problem. Yes the store will exchange no problem. Pictures are great. You should be able to locate the manufacturer on a Google search very easily.
That sometimes happens, but every store can have that problem once, but I I'm telling you that should never happen.
