Sometimes the hours on websites are incorrect. If this isnt the case, maybe there weren't enough employees present today for some reason to cover the shift to 9 hours.
I'm sorry that it did happen to you after all Sizzler is a good place to go to eat and unfortunately yes they do close at 8 p.m. I am shocked myself on that early hour cuz I am a slow eater and we've been there at 6 folwell knowing that they close at 8 but please don't let that occurrence dissuade you from going to eat at Sizzler again because their food is great and so is there service but yes they do close at 8 p.m.
We always go early.after 12:noon.
