I haven't heard of anyone using JPAY at Walmart. You used to be able to at Kmart. Give them a call is my suggestion. Also not sure if Kmart is even around anymore. There used to be a Kmart on the corner of Glenstone and Battlefield. Good luck, I know how important it is to have the money you're trying to send. From experience.
Pay what ? I think that you can pay all bills there along with getting money orders, just like you can at the Supercenters !
