Usually bubbles on fish tank means that it's either over oxygenated or you're putting fresh water in there. They are completely harmless. Simply take a soft cloth and put it on the end of the stick or you can take a small take struggling brush and just wipe along the side edges where the boat was accumulate. It's not going to hurt anything to make sure whatever device you use to wipe the bubbles off his clean insanitary.
