You will need the out of pocket cost up front. I had the same issue, only bottoms. They seen me onec for a bad tooth, and made a treatment plan including cost. I had to save up to get my work done. But their overall cost wasn't bad.

David they have a wells Fargo card that if you pay it off in a year there's no interest, why I'm working two jobs now
