Well I don't work there but my friend worked there for years and the application you could get four yourself online at Shari's. Or you could go to the front desk at the Delta Park 1 or any other Shari's and just play there ask for the manager and then once you feel in your application and turn it in to the manager and then after 2 or 3 days if they haven't called you I would call and check in every 2 days until they hire you good luck
