I have something that requires overnight service to Jacksonville, North Carolina. The UPS in Oskaloosa, Iowa is not open til 4:00 PM, can this make an overnight?

It'd be best to call 1 800 CALL UPS to determine transit times and drop off deadlines to be certain.

Absolutely can. You can drop off until 6pm. 800# is a waste of time.
