Yep. Buy a new product from them to replace the one you're having them pickup, and the fee is reduced to $19.99 for most items. If you just want an appliance or other electronic device picked up, it's a flat fee of $99.99 across the board. This is an oversimplified summary but pretty sure it's accurate.
I dont think so. If you purchase new things then they may take the old things away.
