Randal McKinley, that is not their business model. They currently have only two buildings to maintain and depreciate: the office and laundry/shower building. Everything else is focused on RV spaces. They don't have room on the site for anything else. At all. And they are almost always full, and command a premium price in the on-season. On November 1, they had only 6 spaces available. Sounds like the business model is working...

I don't believe they do .and the spaces are limited also
If there is a few cabins and a few yurts you will get more business from a lot of people in my opinion will stay in them year round
