is this store not serving at 5:00 am regularly? The past days and weeks I go through the drive through and is told there not taking orders. The least they can do is turn off the lights and put up a closed sign, take down the 24 hour drive through

I don't know, I don't have any idea what 5am is. Is that a drink or some kind of burger?

Honestly they always Have some type of issue when it comes to their graveyard shift i wouldn't waste my time going after 2am

I believe they opens at 10/11 but even then they could still be not taking orders I went once and they had closed the lobby because they were short staffed
