Why is there a 30 minute wait until n line? Two cashiers on a Monday that is a holiday. One person standing behind the counter talking,not ringing, cashier 6 talking to a customer for 25 minutes, and only cashier number 2 ringing.

I want to be fair Some time with jobs may Be they not getting paid much that why to I guess and may be u need to open up a union there so it’s will be a better store I see we can do better but Marshall’s need more hours and they need to Start people at 19 doller a hour not 12 doller 😢😢😢😢😢😢😭 May be that why u don’t see any cashiers Or sales associate there

I love thus store and the people are are great but the company are not fair to employees

Next time you may want to call the manager and let her analysis the situation. But on Presidents Day, I'm pretty sure they work with a skeleton crew, its not a "All hands on Deck" type of Holiday. And 25 minutes in line at a Marshalls........ I probably would have had to Reevaluate my purchase.... seriously

You should talk to a manager

Because they can. No pride in work or in customer service. I've walked out several times.

Sometimes you do have to pull the Manager to the side and let them know.
