Peak hours seem to be from 6-8 (dinner rush) so if you plan on going then, it can be. It's an open floor plan with no seperation between dining areas, so if there's live music playing, you may find yourself shouting across your table to be heard. My wife and I gave up shouting after a while of trying to compete with it. As long as you're seated away from the music you'd (probably) find it quieter.
