Hi Irving and Debra! Here's the thing...store employee morale can be lifted by brightening the store! Have you ever visited the Walmart Super Center in Wheeling, IL at 1455 E. Lake Cook Road? You'll see a world of difference, as that Walmart has friendly greeters, easily accessible shopping carts, lots of space without being congested, etc. Let's face it...shopping at Walmart is an experience for many of us and it always should be a pleasant one. The Addison, IL locale can be like this too with the store's management team providing the spark to get things going! Caring employees and management working together can turn it around.
