No food court...there is a Cracker Barrel and McDonald's just before you enter the outlet...

Cracker Barrel, Steak n Shake, no food court. There was a vendor selling sausage sandwiches, sodas etc. When I was there April 2018

There is no food court. But cracker barrel is right next door and there are a lot of restaurants, fast food,and a mall with a food court right down the street heading east.
There is no food court at the outlets. I believe there is a hot dog stand. However, a couple miles down the road you have a mall, restaurants, and lots of strip malls close by.
Plenty of local restaurant close by
