We have the rules printed off in Spanish and English. If neither of those will work for her, you are more than welcome to translate for her. We will do our best to accommodate you both.
I can't answer for the range so you'll have to call and ask them, but they're pretty reasonable people. If she can answer in english it might be ok if you read it. Maybe even one of the employees speaks spanish. The key thing is that the people behind the counter need to know that she understands the rules.
