Been there a half a dozen times. Been helpful everytime. They are strict with there policies however when your dealing with live rounds and people who are novices better to be safe then sorry. Place is clean and has air conditioning. I have referred other folks and they have had a nice time there as well.
I enjoy the place. Very friendly staff. If you find them rude it's probably because you are not following correct etiquette and risking putting others in danger.
Not my experience either. One of the reasons I like to go to shady oaks over the other indoor ranges is that the staff are friendly and respectful. They are always willing to help if asked. Shooting is an inherently dangerous sport so safety is paramount for the staff.
Been many times, never have had a bad experience.
My son and I went and had a great experience they were very helpful
Been there more than twice, always had a good experience.
Been there twice and they were great
I have been there many times. They are very safety conscious. I have had no bad experience there. They once saw the customer in the lane next to me absent-mindedly waving her pistol at me before I noticed. She probably thinks they are rude. Range masters shouted for her to put her gun down facing downrange and told her that she doesn't get two chances - another safety infraction and she would be kicked out. Nice people there, but they don't suffer fools.
Couldn’t disagree more. When at a live fire range there is no room for error. I’ve been there a number of times and the staff is not rude they just stay firm to make sure everyone is safe. I appreciate this and so should you. There is a difference between firm and rude. I would recommend this place to everyone from the beginner to advanced shooters.
It only takes 1 dude. And after my wasted time and fuel to drive all the way there. Bet your ass im telling everyone i know to go elsewhere
That was not my experience, just because you met one bad employee does not mean the place is not worth a visit.
