Your return policy is not customer friendly.my grandsons drone doesn't work.since it was over 15 days,he has no drone nor can I buy him another

More of a statement and I will put statements everywhere since it involve my grandchild and a 15-day return policy I will never be a customer again I'll do everything I can to get other people not to buy anything from Best Buy

I will no longer buy from Best Buy. The return & Exchange policy is not customer oriented. Took 8" tablet on vacation and could not return it because it was 4 days past 14 day policy. Since I do need a bigger tablet will buy else where.
