Maybe they are waiting on in-store customers. When I am in a store, I hate it when the person waiting on me takes a phone call and leaves me standing. The in-store customer needs to be served first.
Answering the telephone is important but the customer who drove to the pharmacy should come first in my opinion. They possibly could answer and place the call on hold to make everyone happy. I called earlier this morning with a question and it was answered withoin a reasonable amount of time. Depends on how busy they are I'm sure.
