Have never seen live shrimp in San Antonio. Not at any supermarket.
As far as I know ther is no one in San Antonio that offers live shrimp. As a retired chef I have only run into them at a couple of restaurants near the coast. There is a sushi restaurant in Las Vegas that does have them.
