I can only mention one word here for the Monarch Queen Director. I would like know why does he/she Treating Haitian Customers that way? Another word, if you people do not change your behaviors soon will be using another Shipping company it even if we are pay more for our services. That shouldn't be a problem it at all. Omg this is ppl never answer their phone for nothing u can kill yourselves calling 100.000 times they don’t pick up the phone. I wonder if they do that particular to Haitian ppl or they just have bad customer service period . This is crazy we need to start boycott this company
