I never had a problem. They are doing there best. Just have to ask, if maybe they forgot you. Sorry about your experience
Not really a question i can answer, but im sorry to hear about your experience. Maybe after waiting 10 min you should of approched someone and inquired about your order, would have saved another 10 mins.

Staff sometimes have a trashy attitude
They should have never made an excuse about why they didn't have your drinks ready. Good customer service would have been to apologize and give you this order free or offered to comp your next order. Customers don't want to hear excuses, they want to know what you can do for them now. I would go to the corporate site and tell them about your experience. That's the only way they will receive training so it will stop happening.
I must admit, I've had problems with unreasonable wait times at this location too.. Management needs to streamline the drink preparation process, for sure.
