Hello my name is Tim I work front counter if they have the tech for install there is no problem with appointment it is the problem about certified install techs though we can't keep them in fact we have 5.9 positions open the 9 is part time

Yes, you would need to setup an appointment. But why go to pep boys go to Best Buy or some audio place tjat knows how to do audio.
Probably call first and see what they have going. Sometimes their full.
