I would look at their menu online and show it to your thirteen year old to be safe but the food anytime you go is amazing.

Ive never seen a kids menu while dining there. Im not sure its all that grwat for kids. I have only seen kids there for breakfaat or lunch. Never seen kids at a dinner service.

Dinner or lunch. Would be best. Depending on the night you may have to wait for a table or make reservations /opentable.

I think so. I've definitely seen families there for dinner. It's not a "kid" place for sure and as long as you don't mind people drinking around children it should be fine.
